Quality Management Implementation: Development and implementaion of quality managment systems tailored specifically for your organization or industy using Best Practices of Kanban, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Technical Writing: Preparation of written materials for operational and administrative use such as procedure manuals, quality manuals, employee manuals, safety manuals, and security manuals.
Quality System Audits: Annual (required) audits of the firm's Quality Management System, along with assitance in correcting non-conformaties and written audit report necessary for Management's annual review.
